it amazes me and makes me so happy when my german friends use american slang and abbreviations
but at the same time it frustrates me that learning a foreign language in america usually isn’t even considered until high school. they start learning so early there and some german kids i know speak basically fluent english at 17 or 18. they keep me inspired to learn more and more german
i feel a special type of hapiness when they play beck in starbucks
i like the cute little boys that are only a few inches taller than me and have curly hair

today in my econ class we had an exam, and we were required to bring the scantron answer sheets. i saw jackson walk in and he asked if we were supposed to bring our own and i answered yes.
he thought i was just fucking around but i told him i was serious. he didn’t buy one so he just yells “does anyone have an extra scantron?”
